Description
Two days of training (16 hours) which provides the necessary training and assessment for candidates to achieve their archery leadership permit for recurve bows. The training will be a mixture of both theory and practical skills.Â
At the end of the weekend, you will have the knowledge and skills to gain your Scout Activity permit in Archery which will enable you to run sessions for groups within the Scout Association.Â
Candidates must be a member of the Scout Association.
This course is not catered, so please bring lunches for the two days, although tea and coffee will be provided throughout. You will be working outdoors from time to time, so please wear appropriate clothing and bring waterproofs.
The days will run from approximately 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Full payment is required to confirm the booking, 50% of the course fee is non-refundable. If a cancellation is made within one calendar month of the training start date, 100% of the fee is forfeited.
